As an application developer, I want to have access to a multi-line text WYSIWYG editor, so that I have multi-line text inputs and utilize the editor most efficiently.

User story was supposed to be apart of US #126, hence this is a duplicate and will be closed

Reopening because the Wysiwyg field needs it's own US.
