[BUG] (i18n) Editing Labels

Description of the Bug

1. Editing labels on double click, currently visually deletes the previous label.
2. Icons should have a better colour
3. Sorting of the labels is sometimes mixed randomly

How To Reproduce

1. Add a label via the i18n tab
2. Edit the label
   • Notice how the label is visually deleted from the edit mode
   • Sometimes, you can notice that the order is not respected (first default labels, then new labels)
   • look at the icons colors

Expected Behavior

The edited label should not delete the previous label because sometimes you simply want to edit the same value

Additional Tasks

• [x] Icon Lock should be more pale
• [x] Remove the edit icon, only double click edit mode will be used
• [x] Edited label mode should not delete the previous label
• [x] Order of the labels are sometimes randomly sorted which meshes the default labels and the new one added (fixed with #278)
• [x] Adding a modal to confirm the deletion of a label
