179 i18n testing #339

MAJOR CHANGES

I18n component used to have a child component named TranslationTableRow, with this PR both components have been separated into different files and testing coverage has been improved for both components but it's around 40-50% for each.

Another Branch will be created because the merge conflicts are ridiculous!
