"Wonder Sphere!"
A small candy food that starts as a chocolate candy. Gives 3 bites, on the last bite it becomes an edible toy. If you attempt to eat the toy, it forces itself to your mask slot, locking itself like handcuffs, and while in place, deals oxy damage and muffles you.
Should remove anything in the mask slot (Masks already prevent eating, just needs to kick out cigarettes)
Clicking on somebody choking with help intent Heimlich's them to cough out and remove the toy from their slot.
