An update of Space Station 13 "Outpost 21" using code derived from CHOMPStation which is derived from YawnWider, which is derived from VOREStation, which is derived from Polaris
New RARE minor event.
-Spawns a pile of bones in a corpse
-Places a GPS in that pile. Random name?
-Sends a PDA message to a random person on station "Please help me, I have a GPS, my legs are broken. I can't move." Then adds the coordinates to the message
Goal: Creep the hell out of players and encourage them to seek out what just messaged them... but there's nothing there but an unknown corpse. Or nothing at all~
