Claw and bite attacks ignore shields/armor

Brief description of the bug

When attacking a person with a special attack of claw/bite, your attack is not blocked by a shield like if you were doing normal punches or attacking with a melee weapon.

Steps to reproduce

• Set your special attack to be claws or biting.
• Have a friend equip a riot shield
• Strike them, with the shield ignored
• Use a different weapon
• Strike them, and shield blocks it most times.
