Implement wordlists

You don't even need to make them yourself. Idea: You create an interface, like the one for etymology data, where I can create a list, and then select the lsit and add words over a searching interface. Then of course on the main Reykunyu page there should be a button for lists somwhere so people can look at them, and maybe words should have tags to which lists they belong
