It is scheduled to be fixed in the version 2.1 in February 2014

Fixed in the version 2.1. Please try to use the following dependency

<dependency>
  <groupId>com.googlecode.combinatoricslib</groupId>
  <artifactId>combinatoricslib</artifactId>
  <version>2.1</version>
  <scope>compile</scope>
</dependency>
