Artifact of Suggestion:
An artifact that in a way is similar to command, but isn't command and still allows all objects to spawn as normal and is a bit more balanced, but allows for a bit fairer randomization for when your modpack is getting too large and loot pools are highly diluted. (the joke being that it's a suggestion and not as forceful as a command in it's demands)
Basically: Chests drop special potentials/command particles that contain the original item in their selection, but also a configurable amount of other random items in their menu. (say 5 or so.)
Type chests will only select items from the types available from them. Multi-store types (unless picking random), adaptive chests, printers, cauldrons and buds in the bazaar are untouched and will always drop their exact item, as well as anything that only drops one kind of item. like scrap, certain shrines and unique items in mods, aurelion item etc.
This implementation continues to allow full command as something else. and if full command is enabled and this is for some reason enabled, command will take precedence and this will do nothing.
Description: "Chest items allow a limited selection of items. Shops and printers etc are untouched and continue to spawn and give exact items".
Artifact of Recycling:
if you own scrap alt rightclicking on it, similar to the artifact of tossing lets you roll the item into something random. If artifact of suggestion is on, the item becomes a pooled item like in artifact of suggestion. Gives you a debuff (configurable) after that makes you wait 20 seconds before you can do it again.
bonus rebalance of recycler from main game: Recycler in game when recycling should transform an item into a command particles/suggestion potential again for choosing, rather than it's current effect where the item is already selected.
Description: "Everyone holds an unstable recycler that can periodically roll scrap into random items of the same tier from inventory. (Alt + Rightclick)."
Artifact of Utility Belt:
Gives the player 3 equipment slots that can be cycled by alt clicking, similar to that one artifact that makes equipment get consumed but you have 3 slots.
The equipment can either have 25% cooldown reduced (configurable) or give everyone a built in "broken" soulbound catalyst to reduce cooldowns by 1-2 secs per kill. however all equipment share a cooldown and charges.
Description: "Everyone owns a utility belt that can hold a trio of equipments which share cooldown and can be cycled by holding alt when attacking. Equipment Cooldown is reduced slightly/Everyone holds a broken soulbound catalyst that helps reduce equipment cooldowns." (depending on which mode is selected).
