Using ZetArtifacts causes perfected elites to naturally spawn

Even without any artifacts enabled, perfected elites randomly spawn

The screenshot shows a perfected grovetender, but normal enemies can also be perfected

Also, empyreans from Starstorm2 uses the perfected element with this mod, which they normally wouldn't

Disabling the mod fixes those issues
