Tinkering Elites not spawning Tinkering Drones. #28

Not sure what is causing this, but none of the Tinkering Elites are spawning Tinkering Drones anymore. When the Tinkering Aspect drops, you still spawn the drones in, as well as any minions that also have the aspect, such as Engi turrets and Starstorm's Security Drones. Occasionally, the elites will have a sound play as if they are trying to spawn their drones in, but again, they never do.

I've got no issues related to tinkerer drones on my end. You will need to post a log after the issue has happened so I can try to figure out what is going wrong.

Managed to isolate the issue. Took some digging, but it was coming from Wolfo's Fixed Spawn Dissonance mod. There were some options in the config file that let drones and minions inherit a player's elite equipment. This was apparently added in a recent update. Disabling it restored the enemy Tinkerer Drones.
