Blighted aspect can drop from mobs that aren't blighted #68

It's the blighted aspect from BlightedElites, so it's supported by the mod. I've had it drop twice before from gups pre-loop on sky meadow, and once recently from a SS2 cognation ghost in simulacrum. If it makes any difference, these all happened in multiplayer. This is the log from the session where a cognation ghost dropped a blighted aspect: LogOutput.log

I'm not sure how that would be happening. When an elite is killed, it checks their inventory for an equipment. I'll add an additional check for the elite buff on the victim.

I checked a clip where this happened, and it seems to have spawned from a frenzied elite from MoreElites. My friend in the corner kills a frenzied vermin and that's what dropped the blighted aspect.
