No ability to reconfigure the Wake of Vultures buff #69

From what I can tell, there is no way to modify the Wake of Vultures buff? IMO, that buff is far too much, and I would prefer to play with it off.

I have been informed that it is called "headhunter buff". I'm not sure why it's not named after the item, but whatever.
