Set up CI #4

Basic CI should include pytest and mypy.

As for now, the CI does nothing but echoing 'Hello World!'.

Closing and opening to re-trigger workflow.

Mypy fails and has thus been removed from CI for now. Everything else works just fine, so I suggest that we merge now.
