Roms won't install #165

iPhone 6 iOS 8.4 Jailbroken From Cydia V1.5 When I try to install a rom (Pokemon, black, white, silver) the download reaches 99% then gets stuck on "opening"

You might want to update your iNDS app.

How? isn't it the latest version if i just downloaded it from Cydia? (its actually v1.5.3)
