Accidently pressed the Reset ( Erased All Content ) #269

please help, i'm on version 1.9.1, so i accidentaly press the Reset ( Erased All Content ) on emulation setting. And now all my ROMS and Save Files are gone. But i checked the storage and my storage GBs is still the same so i think it maybe still in my Iphone. But how can i restore it please help me ????
