Need external file storage for large data files in Binder #10

Saildrone data files are too large to store in Github. Either use Git LFS (large file storage) or Google Drive/Dropbox etc

So far have managed to include all data files that are small enough to upload to Github directly, so not a blocking issue but would be good to figure this out for ongoing data storage.
