Extension now just shows "could not load activex hosting plugin for npapi"

What's the URL of the page that contains a bug? All pages with an activex

Does it work before? If not, when did you find this problem? Used to work 
perfectly - only stopped working today

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any web page with an activex
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? See nothing of the 
activex module - just banner across the top of Chrome stating the above error.

Please fix ASAP!
