Allow different kinds of triggers, filtering with configuration.

For example:

• <prefix>players where <prefix> can be fixed (like !) or the bridge's name
  • Prefix configuration could be per command as a category, with prefix: <all/fixed/directed>

Should be valid across different services. Probably ties in to plugin API.
