Suggestion: Idiot proofing `Last Updated`

Just got presented with the effect of a moderator not doing his/her job properly.

I know that in cases where the first can't be found, the latter is used. My suggestion is to always use the latter to idiot proof this, since moderators seem to have a tendency to 'forget' to change something. Or they haven't yet realized that the new year has already started and are still living in the past...
