Fix Windows permissions #9

This removes the request for elevated privileges. I don't see where this would be required.

Yea I'm not too sure why I had it like that...

Sorry for not replying to you for so long... I really appreciate your contributions but this comes kind of at a bad time: I don't know if you're following in the F95Zone thread but I'm working on a full rewrite of this tool with a new gui framework and a new build system on the dev branch and I don't plan on releasing another update before said rewrite. Also the permissions are addressed in the dev branch so I'm going to close this.

Again though thank you anyway!
