ClientConnectorError: Cannot connect to host f95zone.to:443 ssl:False [Temporary failure in name resolution] errors are raised almost every time system wakes up from sleep. This happens if scheduled background refresh runs before network connection is established. This fix will silence them, and try to run refresh again couple seconds later when, hopefully, network is available again. If not, real connection issues will still be reported when running manual refresh.
