[BUG] SOA Serial no incrementing after TXT records being added

(BUG | ISSUE) Expected Behavior: If I add TXT record in my domain in Forward Zone, I expect SOA Serial to change.

(BUG | ISSUE) Actual Behavior: SOA Serial does not change if I add a TXT record.

But SOA Serial change if I add A record.
