Fix errors in SQL scripts for fmDNS update to 6.0.0 #609

Subj. There is also an issue with new options insert even after alter table, new options are inserted with empty first column with warning "Error Code: 1265. Data truncated for column 'def_function' at row 1"

Thanks for the PR. I'm not sure how these issues passed my tests. I will use your fixes for 6.0.1.
