modify for pre-240 level boosting, remove slot, cooldowns are needed now since you can boost any char instead of only 240s

pt 2:

handle transition from pre-240 to post-240 crystal (mainly showing ui for crystal leveling button)
rework slot gem costs, costs were tuned for lategame gems

for p2/3, noting that we should probably show the level-boosted level& stats instead of original (which we expect to be lvl 1 anyways if they're using it right)
