`category` : Bugs related to duplicate detection, no warning messages were given. #3

No warning messages were given when I added two categories of the same name but different in a way that one is lowercase letters another is uppercase letters.

Team's Response

These are clearly two different inputs. Even when the user doesn't want to have two categories with the same meaning, they can delete one category.

Reason for disagreement: This should not be rejected, under feature flaws Bugs related to duplicate detection, where it is suggested that "it is best if you can give a warning in such near match cases so that the user can make the final decision". Hence my marking this bug report as a feature flaw during the PE.
