Case Sensitivity for `view` not addressed #9

Hi, I tried using VIEW instead of view and VIEW is not recognised by MoneyMind, in the practical world both view and VIEW commands should be recognised as same.

The format in User Guide shows that only the lower cases are allowed. And there is nowhere in the User Guide specifying that the command keyword can be typed in both upper and lower cases
