Tor won't download? #2

So while running the commands, everything went smoothly until I stumbled upon this:

Installing TOR, please wait... ./install.sh: line 17: apt-get: command not found Tor Not installed.

What happened? Did I do something wrong?

I downloaded Kali Linux Rolling and it still wont work
