This issue is all about taking a password (string) and shooting out a hashed value of 256 bits.

[x] Generate a site wide pepper, and storing it in a .env file
[x] Generate a salt for each user, and store it in the database
[x] Create a function to create a salt / pepper
[x] Implement a hashing algorithm using SHA256 (Crypto)
[x] Use the Crypto library to create a cryptographically random number
[x] Store the users Salt + Hashed password in the database
