Account Creation and Login Function #14

This ticket is focused around the creation of a users account and the signing in functions.

[x] Create a function to generate a UUID for each user
[ ] Check the username to see if its been taken
[x] Hash Password (generate salt etc)
[x] Check Email name is unique
[x] Check Email name is legit
[ ] Makes sure the user has been added to the user table before adding password to password table
[x] Store account when created

This Section is for logging in:

[ ] Check Username is valid
[ ] Check inputted password is correct 2FA would then go here ish after.
