[x] Created function for generating JWTs
[x] Created function for verifying and decoding a JWT token
[x] Added test for creating and verifying

Ways to test

best way to test is to create a user and then check cookies (inspect elemts > application > cookies) try to access the login page (it should redirect you) delete the cookie and try logging in and check cookies again
