Based on MidFi create the Account Page Including account settings

[x] Create the basic page following the designs
[x] Figure out the required features of the settings page (list below?)
[ ] Implement working settings options (Account alteration, Deletion, Log out, etc.)
[x] Create route of the backend for Accounts, including route for changing account details
[ ] Create both frontend and backend tests for functionality

[!NOTE] You should research what are the required security options for account settings Example: Log out button, Privacy options etc.
