[x] Added helmet js library which alters http header options to be more secure
[x] Added API limiter which allow 10 requests a second with a 5 minutes block period
[x] Add logging features
[x] Looks into ABAC
[x] Implement access control (should they be in db or jwt)
[x] Clean up middleware

[!IMPORTANT] For API timing i havent been able to find an effective solution
Currently the solution is to prevent lots of reqs which would hinder the process
Another thing to note is the speed of the response means there is little to no difference on timings
