Update README.md to include more information about features #75

I've updated the README to include current information about the mod's features and helped explain how the upgrades and forges work as new concepts to a Minecraft player coming from vanilla.

I've also included a nice image featuring the furnaces and forges

For the future, I would also suggest documents that detail contribution, building, installation, and customization.

Thank you very much for these changes and suggestions, in general it was very good, only the part of the configuration of the speed tier that there is the mistake of only being able to change the values ​​in the source code, there is the possibility of changing this in the configuration file of each world (/serverconfig folder) in forge and fabric (using ForgeConfigApiPort mod)
