Bug/Glitch Occurrence Context

Opening the in-game Creative Menu or Inventory using the controller input crashes the game.

(N/A, launcher does not give error message)

What happened wrong?

So, I was trying out Legacy4J both out of curiosity and for controller support because I was running the game using Prism Launcher for the Steam Deck and I found out that opening the in-game Creative Menu or Inventory using the controller input crashes the game completely. At first, I thought it was because I had shaders on, so I disabled it. When I rebooted the game and tried to open the menu again, it crashed the second time.

Update: For some reason, using keyboard input opens both menus with ease, that or I’m using an older version (for 1.20.1)

I'm going to close this issue, since the only information is that "the controller causes the game to crash when opening a screen" (which is clearly not the main reason), without even a crash report
