Define a hybrid approach between CSS and djangoLDP

The idea is to be able to use a personal POD based on CSS as the identity provider, to get standard:

• WebID
• Personal profile document
• Typeindex locations

With the TypeIndex actually targetting containers located on the djangoLDP side, like:

• users/balessan/skills/
• users/balessan/circles/
• users/balessan/projects/
• users/balessan/events/
• users/balessan/resources/

The webid/personal profile document can be defined statically.

Tasks items:

• [ ] Setup a SIB CSS instance somewhere online
• [ ] Register an account / define a static webID/personalprofile document
• [ ] Point to online djangoldp instance for the container of skills for instance
• [ ] Check that the authentication passes
• [ ] check that we can request skills data from an app logged-in onto the css pod.
