I try to find some interesting books by french editors for some months and I just discovered O'Reilly. I would be interested to read several of the following. Maybe we could use the "supplies" budget to get them?

On HTTP:

On semantic web:

On indexing:

That's a lot of reading :-)

I don't have an opinion on each and everyone of them, but I don't believe that the book on HTTP/2 is relevant.

HTTP 1.1, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 are just different ways to convey HTTP messages on the wire, but the abstract structure of HTTP messages and how they are exchanged remains the same. See https://httpwg.org/specs/ . Web developers (either backend or frontend) should not worry about the HTTP 1.1, HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 distictions. That's only useful if you are implementing servers or clients.
