Observed behaviour

The following spells are set in the asset/spells json to..

Expected behaviour

NPC Casting

Set to allow casting by Wizards: It appears they should not be allowed for NPC casters

Attire Alteration: NPCs dont have a second set of clothing
Beanstalk: NPCs cant climb ladders
Candlelight: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Conjure Shield: NPCs casters dont use shields.
Conjure Shovel: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Cursed Touch: NPCs normally don't have curses to transfer
Cryostasis: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Empowering Link: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Fluorescence: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Horse Whistle: NPCs don't have horses
Ice Cream: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Lily Pad: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Reveal Undead: NPCs should not be casting this in combat
Sacred Mace: NPCs cannot use items like this
Summon Skeleton Horse: NPCs dont ride horses.

Dispensers

Set to allow use in Dispensers. It appears they should not be allowed for Dispensers

Cursed Touch: Dispenser have no curses
Death mark: The dispenser senses death?
Power Siphon: Depends on dispensers magical power?
Puppet Master: Dispenser minion ownership

Set to not allow for use in Dispensers: It appears they should be allowed for Dispensers

Firewall
Frost Nova
Hell's Gate
Lava Vision
Nature's Sprout
Pyrokinesis
Summon Boat

Look at asset/spell jsons and note the spell settings in their configs.
