[Bug] Wand Soulbinding Upgrade fails to restore items when server is rebooting #246

Is there an existing issue for this?

Observed behaviour

Wand with Soulbinding wand upgrade fails to return to character if respawn happens after a server restart.

Expected behaviour

I expected the Wand to return to inventory after a respawn, regardless of whether the server is restarted during that time.

Note that the Tombstone Soulbound enchantment that comes from Corail Tombstone works properly in this situation (but cannot be applied to Wands).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a Server
  2. Put a Wand Soulbinding Upgrade on a Wand in inventory
  3. Get character killed, but do not click on respawn yet
  4. Shut down server and then start server
  5. Join Server and click Respawn
  6. Notice Wand never returns to inventory
