[Bug] Dusty Belts do not turn into a random Belt when cleaning them. #16

Is there an existing issue for this?
Observed behaviour
Title.
Expected behaviour
Like all other Dusty artifacts, the belt should turn into a random Belt artifact.
Steps to reproduce
Try cleaning a Dusty belt.
Crashlog
N/A
Environment (Singleplayer/Server, etc.)
Issue present on both sides
Mod version
1.1.3.
Forge version
2860.
Other mods
Tested with and without other mods, issue persists.
