Add logo design #39

This pull request will add multiple resolutions of my logo design to assets/logo. The logo is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. The logo is also added to the top of README.md 1024

hmm I think the logo should win by poll but idk, maybe soon we'll hold a final poll before the UI is finished?

We can have a poll later once we have a ui the icon works for now.
