wishlist: add ability to encode subtitles #108

It would be nice to include the ability to encode SRT files with the mpeg so 
that I can then burn them to DVD with spanish subtittles. FFmpegX for OSX has 
that ability so I believe it is a matter of passing the proper commands through 
to ffmpeg.
