Chinese Simp translation

Hi, all,

the original zh_CN translation is somewhat inaccurate to use. So I made a 
totally new one based on winff.po .

Please consider adding this one.

Ps that zh_TW is also a variant, so please keep either zh_TW or zh for 
maintainability.

I assume that you can license the file under GPL3 or higher and transfer the 
copyright to BiggMatt, just like most other translations... We add the header 
to the top of the file if you agree. If you add something yourself that is also 
fine.

After that we will include it in the source.

Can you advice us on which version of zh_TW or zh is the better translation?

Hi, feel free to use my translations, as long as it's distributed under a 
license compatible with the one of WinFF. :D
(And yes, I'm glad to transfer the copyright!)

Just looked at the zh* files.
The translations in /winff --username bggmtt/languages/winff.zh.po and /winff 
--username bggmtt/languages/winff.zh_CN.po are ridiculous and should never be 
used, at least in formal releases.
(For example, it claims that "Deinterlace" means "not interlaced" and the unit 
of "Sampling rate" is "b/s")

Translations from /winff --username bggmtt/languages/winff.zh_TW.po are 
accurate and of high quality, so this one should be kept!
