could not find ffplay if not installed in c:\program files #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start setup
2. select destination path d:\library\winff40
3. start winff
4. try to encode some video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-encoding.
instead:
-could not find ffplay

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.422
windows vista

it cant find ffplay even if I install in c:\program files. ?

nvm. old config file in %appdata% was causing trouble.
