wishlist: add checkbox to overwrite existing files #126

It'd be pretty sweet if there was a checkbox in the GUI to overwrite
existing files :) 

NOTE by me: this might be very dangerous when the output folder is the same as 
the input folder. So I don't like this wish list bug. Also related to the bug 
125
