"Use Source Folder" not functioning #154

1. Add file to program window
2. Set Convert & Preset options
3. Clear "Output Folder" box and check the "Use Source Folder" checkbox

Expected: Converted file is saved to same folder as source file

Actual: Output file is saved in C:\ (when the no output folder is specified,
otherwise the file is saved in the specified folder)

WinFF 1.4.0 on Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)

Command Line output (via "Display Cmd Line") shows that no folder path is
prefixed to the output file - presumably because it's trying to use the text
from the output folder textbox, which is an empty string. So the output is
saved as "\file.ext"

I believe the "Use source folder" has been removed again in Winff 1.4 by Ian. I
hope he can comment on this bug.

I think this will be a feature proper in Winff 1.5.

This should be fixed in the upcoming winff-1.5; the work was done in revision
661.
