"An unhandled exception occured..." #210

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open WinFF 64 bit for Windows
2.Close program
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program to close.
I get multiple (12 to 20) "An unhandled exception occurred..." errors.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This occurs on WinFF 1.5.3 64 bit for Windows (but also occurs as far back as 
1.5.0).
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.
This only occurs when I go to close the program, even if I do not use the 
program (open, then immediately close WinFF with no conversions). There are no 
errors with the 32 bit version of WinFF.
