Unknown encoder 'libvo_aacenc'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.select the file to convert
2.select "convert to: Mobile Phones" and "Pré adjust: 3GPP H.263 176x144 4:3 
AAC mono"
3.select Convert!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unknown encoder 'libvo_aacenc'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinFF 1.5.1 on Arch Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
It can solved installing the package "vo-aacenc"

May I ask why you file this as a bug in Winff? Your distribution should fix 
this by marking Winff as depending on the package vo-aacenc.
