I do not have the option to convert to Google when trying to convert a .mov file. I need this option, how do I fix this?

@DJKammo can you be move verbose what goes wrong? Don't you have the preset (solution: restore defaults)? Does ffmpeg error out (hint: copy/paste the error message into this report)? Something else?
