Wishlist: Customizable commands at the beginning and the end of the generated batch file

Comparable to the 'Additional command parameters', just that the commands are 
inserted before/after the actual video encoding commands.
So it would be possible e.g. to do logging, ftp/file actions or whatever one 
can do in scripts.
I'd find this quite useful!

Yes, I would like to run qt-faststart after ffmpeg or just my own script. 

In general it would be good to rethink this, because I get the feeling this is 
just hacking in a solution that should have been considered in the original 
design of the program. It would probably be enough when you can (optionally?) 
define the whole command line instead of only the parameters of ffmpeg. When 
that then is a multiline text field, the user can just put more then one 
command.
